退貨及換貨

收貨三日後一概不接受「退貨或換貨」。

符合貨退及換貨條件,貨品必須為未使用過。並保留所有包裝物料,包括原裝包裝及外盒。

請在收貨後立刻檢查產品。如有任何產品上問題, 請立即聯絡客戶服務部並提出要求退貨或換貨,並於收貨當日開始計算的七至十日內安排更換。

所有貨品包裝不完整一概不接受「退貨或換貨」。 

如顧客下單後,因任何原因要求取消訂單,我們會收取訂單總額的10%作為行政費用,於退回產品費用和運費時扣除。 

有關預訂的訂單, 如顧客預訂產品後,因任何原因要求取消預訂訂單,我們會收取訂單總額的20%作為行政費用,於退回產品費用和運費時扣除。 

特價貨品/減價貨品(如適用)- 只有正價貨品可以退,特價貨品和減價貨品均不能退

海外訂單(香港以外)不接受任何退款/退貨/換貨申請。

「退貨或換貨」程序如下:

1. 保留所有的包裝材料,包括原的產品包裝、紙箱、發票、及任何相關的禮品和贈品。

2. 你可以透過電話(+852 2271 9926)或電郵至 info@wecareu.com.hk 與我們聯絡。

3. 顧客需要負責支付退貨及換貨而引起的運費。

4. 確認貨品狀態符合要求後,我們會盡快通知閣下退貨或換貨申請情況。

** 若我們未能於七至十日內收回貨品,將保留取消更換貨品的權利。

注意事項:

1. 退貨、換貨條款不適用於任何基於個人喜好而要求換貨或退款之商品。

2. 商品換貨以一次為限,並不接受任何換貨後的退換申請。

3. 如確認退換貨,已使用之優惠將不予發還。

4. WeCareU 保留權利就處理不合理之退換貨,並保留最終決定權。

 

Returns and Exchanges

There is NO "return or exchange” after 3 days of receipt days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging and carton boxes.

Please check the product immediately after receipt. If you have any problem on the product, please contact our customer service department and request a return or exchange, and within seven days of the date of start to arrange for a replacement receipt.

All goods packaging is not complete ,we will not accept the "return or exchange."

If the customer requests to cancel the order for any reason after placing the order but before or after delivery, we will charge 10% of the order amount as an administrative fee, which will be deducted from the return fee.

Regarding the pre-order items, if customer request to cancel the pre-order for any reason before or after delivery, we will charge 20% of the order amount as an administrative fee, which will be deducted from the return fee .


Sale items  (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Overseas orders (outside Hong Kong) do not accept any refund/return/exchange applications.

The procedures are as follows:

1. Retain all the packing materials including original product packaging, carton boxes, invoice, any related gifts and gifts.

2. Contact us via phone (+852 2271 9926) or email us to info@wecareu.com.hk to report the case.

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging  your item.

4. We will notify you the status of your return or exchange as soon as we received and inspected the products.

** If we cannot receive the products within 7 days, we reserve our right to reject your returning and exchanging of the products.

Notes:

1. The return and exchange terms do not apply to any goods that require replacement or refund based on personal preference.

2. The exchange of goods is limited to one time, and no application for return after exchange is accepted.

3. If the return is confirmed, the used discount will not be refunded.

4. WeCareU reserves the right to deal with unreasonable returns and exchanges, and reserves the right to make the final decision.
